Adhering to the law, the Annual General meetings are held every year before the 30th September of that year to present the annual report, audit report and the accounts for the financial year ended on 31st March that year. The AGM for financial year 2024-25 which was the 78th was held on Sunday the 14th of September, 2025 in MUMBAI MARATHI GRANTH SANGHRALAYA HALL ( SHARADA CINEMA ) at Dadar East. The share capital stood at 10.29 lakh on 31st March 2025.
